Return Policy for Allstar Terminals

At Allstar Terminals, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, things don't work out and you may need to return an item. Below, we have outlined our return policy for your reference.

*** Bulk Orders: All bulk orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes orders of 10 or more units.***

Return Process: If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team (support@allstaterminals.com) within 14 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return or exchange.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened and unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. 

**Programmed or encrypted equipment cannot be returned due to credit card compliance regulations. Please make sure the equipment purchased is compatible prior to programming.**

Refunds: If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-8 business days. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the terminal has been opened or used as we can no longer sell the equipment as new.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the steps outlined in the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
